Job description:
Sales / Account)Manager responsibilities include achieving growth and
hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales activities,
in order to extend and develop long-term relationships with a
portfolio of clients, primarily banking and financial, and connect
with key business executives and stakeholders in the banking and
finance sector, as well as other sectors of company’s interest. This
manager also liaises between banking customers and cross-functional
internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our
solutions according to customer needs. Responsibilities for managing
accounts include also performing a variety of tasks, and leading other
team members dedicated to meeting the needs of clients, and developing
banking and other client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable
relationships.
Familiarity with a variety of the banking field's concepts, practices,
procedures and technology services, and a wide degree of creativity
and latitude is expected.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands
company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence on the
target market

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware
of new products and competition status

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by
partnering with them and understanding their needs to keep clients
satisfied

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships
with banking & finance and other customers

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders,
key accounts and executive sponsors
-
Forecast and track key sales and account metrics
-
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
to the management team
-
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering
exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

Coordinate with CEO, other Sales and Business Unit Managers
designing company’s products and services according to customer
needs and objectives, and ensure their successful delivery

Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, and in
person meetings

Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to
internal and external stakeholders
-
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;
participating in professional organizations and events

Enhance company’s reputation by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to
add value to job accomplishments

Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product

Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's or higher degree in business, finance or similar fields
(Alternative other fields of study with the relevant experience may
be accepted: computer science or related).

Three (3) + years of sales and/or account management experience with
banking technology background desirable

Prior working experience as Sales or Account Manager in the banking
and finance industry is advantageous

Experience in a senior management position is advantageous
-
Experience in sales of client-focused solutions based on customer
needs

English language proficiency

Driving license and ability to travel
