Who we are

ABC Tech Group is the controller for the personal data described in this notice. Where we process data inside a bank’s systems as part of a delivery or support engagement, the bank is the controller and we act as a processor under a written agreement with it.

What we collect

We collect only what a business relationship needs:

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, to run a project we have been engaged for, to meet our own legal and audit obligations, and to keep this site secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Legal bases

We rely on the performance of a contract for project and support data, on legitimate interest for business correspondence and site security, on consent for optional analytics or subscriptions, and on legal obligation where a law or a supervisory authority requires the processing.

Who we share it with

Personal data is shared only with processors that support our own operations, such as hosting, email and applicant tracking, and only under a data processing agreement. When a project involves a partner, what the partner receives is defined by the bank and recorded.

Where it is stored

Our own systems are hosted inside the European Economic Area. Customer data belonging to a bank stays on that bank’s infrastructure or in its own cloud account; we do not copy it to ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as the relationship is live and then for the period our accounting and audit duties require. Application materials are handled under the Candidate Privacy Notice.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction on its processing, or a copy in a portable form, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to legal@abc-techgroup.com; you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
